We try very hard to make working with us as easy as possible. Even before you are ready to place an order, we have many resources to assist you in assessing our qualifications, trying out our software, etc.

Once you decide to include our educational and informational programs into your facility we make if very easy to communicate your customization requirements and acquire the necessary assets.

We have a library of photos and sound files that are free to use (of course, you can supply your own if you’d like). We also can source additional photos or sounds of needed.

We have easy to use forms to make it very easy to customize our software.

We create a custom main menu program with a photo of your choice and links to the programs you have purchased.

If you are purchasing hardware from us, you will receive the hardware with the software fully integrated and ready to simply plug in.

If you are purchasing software only, we have detailed documentation to help you set up our software on your hardware.

And, last but not least, we offer technical phone/email support. One year of support is included with each purchase.
